Post Office and retail updates

From Tuesday 1 July 2025, the following selected mail services will be discontinued at Australia Post:

• Large C4 prepaid envelopes (no longer available to purchase online but can be purchased in-store, while stocks last)
• Clean Mail bulk letter service
• Infectious biological substances 
• Return Paid parcels (for new customers only)
• Print Post Air Carriage (Domestic)
  

From 12 February 2025, we're prioritising our core range of products to ensure we are meeting the needs of our customers. This will mean some product ranges will no longer be available online but still be available at participating Post Offices.

If you buy a product from us, it's covered by the Australia Post Returns Policy.

Please be aware of potential scams involving Gift Cards, which are often made via phone call or email.

Note: we would never ask for payment in the form of a Gift Card.

As REDcycle have ceased operations due to challenges in the recycling network, our customers are no longer able to recycle their used plastic satchels via REDcycle bins.
